FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING:
Pre-Orders
Wild AF is currently available for pre-order only. Orders placed now are expected to ship in mid- to late November 2025. Once your pre-order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that the standard shipping times outlined below apply after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
How long will my order take?
We try our very best to fulfill and ship orders quickly. Standard fulfillment time for all orders is 2-5 business days from order placement, followed by an estimated 3-5 business days in transit.
PLEASE NOTE: When Shipping Rates/Times are displayed during Checkout - they are accompanied by an estimated Shipping Time-In-Transit. These are ESTIMATES ONLY based on transit to the zip code entered during Checkout, but ARE NOT A GUARANTEE of shipping time, and DO NOT ACCOUNT FOR FULFILLMENT TIME.
Some of our products are fulfilled and shipped by the brand of the individual product and may be shipped separately. This will be noted on the individual product page in the description. These items are only offered for one-time purchases, and are not eligible for Product Subscription/Auto Delivery. In these cases, most brands will ship out orders within 1-3 business days, and delivery will typically take another 2-7 business days (depending on your location). You can track your order anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
How is my order shipped and when will I know it has been shipped?
You will receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is on its way to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be generated.
We ship via UPS.

We're unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.
We unfortunately are not able to ship to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Speed | Transit Time
Time-in-transit is estimated by distance to the destination zip code from our Fulfillment Centers. Generally UPS Ground carries a standard 3-5 business days in transit, depending on location.
Some of our products are shipped separately by their brand/supplier. Shipped by brand/supplier items are not eligible for expedited shipping.
What if I don't select Shipping Insurance?
If a package without VIP Checkout Shipping Protection is damaged in transit, we will still offer to replace or refund any damaged items, but please note the process may take longer, as we need to wait for claim information to be processed with the carrier (UPS).
WildAF Brewing is not responsible for stolen packages after successful delivery with carrier proof of delivery. Better Rhodes will file Shipping Claims for packages lost by the carrier, but we're not able to send replacement items or process refunds until the Carrier Shipping claims process is complete, which can take 8-10 business days.
How much is shipping?
For orders containing a subscription product AND one-time purchases -shipping is calculated based on weight and distance for the Non Subscription products only.
All regular orders unless otherwise noted receive Ground Shipping through UPS or USPS, and the cost is calculated by weight and distance from our Fulfillment center.
Missing Orders | Missing or Lost in Transit
Should you not receive your order in a timely manner, please start by checking the tracking information. Often times packages are marked as delivered before they are actually dropped off by a carrier. Should you receive a delivery confirmation without a package arriving, please wait 24-48 hours to see if the package arrives.
If your shipment has not arrived despite being marked as delivered, after waiting a short period of 24-48 hours as mentioned, please notify us within 2 weeks of the order being marked as delivered. We are unable to assist in filing claims to open carrier investigations if notified after 2 weeks since the package was marked as delivered. If you selected to check out with VIP Checkout (Shipping Insurance) please file a claim by clicking HERE.
Without Shipping Insurance, the quickest way to get the products you ordered would be to place a second order. Should the opened shipping claim/investigation find that the original package was lost, we would then be able to issue a refund for the initial order.
Stolen packages: If you selected to check out with VIP Checkout (Shipping Insurance) please file a claim by clicking HERE. For packages without Shipping Insurance, Better Rhodes is not responsible for stolen packages after successful carrier delivery to the designated delivery address with proof of delivery. If you believe your order/package was stolen, please file a police report.
Shipped to Incorrect Address:
The shipping address for orders are electronically and automatically copied to the Shipping label for your package as entered during the Checkout. No member of our team hand-enters shipping addresses.
Should you incorrectly enter your address during Checkout, please place a new order with the correct information, and notify us of the incorrectly-entered address. We will do our best to get the products from the incorrectly addressed order back to our facility. If we are successful, and those products are returned in good condition, refunds may be processed for the product cost only.
*PLEASE NOTE* If you chose to Checkout with ApplePay, PayPal, ShopPay, or another third-party payment portal, your address information as stored in that system (which we do not have access to) may differ from your intended shipping address. Please double-check your shipping information when using one of those options at Checkout.
